Initial Training
All franchisees will go through an extensive training program (minimum of 65 hours) with our dedicated UTP staff. This training program will consist of...
- educational instruction (test-prep of ACT, SAT, and PSAT)
- college planning strategies (college list development, essay formation/revision, scholarship searches, weighted decision factoring)
- business practices (grand open marketing, ongoing marketing, hiring procedures, accounting/bookkeeping)
UTP Operations Manual
All franchisees will have access to our proprietary UTP Operations Manual. This how-to-guide will show you the "ins and outs" of starting, growing, and maintaining a successful Ultimate Test Prep location. Along with our test-prep and college planning resources, the UTP Operations Manual is a continuously improving document. As our team and/or other franchisees learn/find/create beneficial processes and resources, this material will also be shared with our franchisees. We strive to make as much of our Operations Manual a schedule of suggestions rather than a list of obligations.
Ongoing Support
Our team helps our franchisees create attainable goals, just like our test-prep and college planning students. We have created a schedule that includes both in-person and online support for our franchisees. Hiccups along the process of owning a business are inevitable, but our processes help minimize their occurrences and impacts on your business. Additionally, we have yearly conferences for our franchisees to learn, grow, and collaborate with one another.
